team. Learn on the job, tackle real-world challenges, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and user experience.
Your main tasks: Provide day-to-day end-user helpdesk support by troubleshooting system issues via the ticketing system and live assistance. Monitor incoming tickets and contribute to timely resolutions. Collaborate with Business Solutions Experts and IT Business Partners to document recurring problems and validated solutions. Engage with cross-functional teams to support implementation of end-to-end processes. Maintain and update solution documentation and user guides, preparing content for chatbot use. Build simple automation scripts or workflows to streamline support processes.
