Fab10 HVM Photo – Process & Equipment Engineering (PEE)

Non‑Zero‑Offset (NZO) is a critical photo process tuning knob to ensure overlay performance and yield protection. This internship will focus on automating NZO workflow through Python‑based analytics and modeling, reducing manual analysis while improving consistency and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Photo process owners to map the end‑to‑end NZO workflow.
• Analyze historical NZO, inline, and metrology datasets.
• Develop Python data pipelines for NZO analytics.
• Create statistical or machine‑learning models to predict NZO risk and behavior.
