• Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on projects.
• Provide analytical support to the team in working out and reviewing financial models.
• Draft, prepare and consolidate information for written reports and presentations to management levels for approval.
• Assist with management updates and investment/projects reporting matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of investment and financial risk and corporate finance concepts.
