Key Responsibilities
- You will be trained in welcoming and ushering guests to their specific tables.
- Learn to present menu and provide detailed information while being sensitive when asked (e.g., food portions, potential food allergies or ingredients).
- Inform guests about the day’s specials, offer personalised recommendation through friendly engagement talks.
- To provide food and beverage orders and manage reservations accurately.
- Be exposed and have opportunity to through job rotational in all positions of the restaurants to have a better understanding of each position.
- Acquire knowledge in the opening and closing procedures of the assigned restaurant.
- Participate in cross-training duties across other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
