• Assist the Senior Breeder to execute crop breeding plans, aiming for short‑ and long‑term breeding goals.
• Actively participate in all tasks related to breeding, testing, and selection.

• Develop an understanding of crop culture, morphology, and floral biology to implement efficient breeding strategies.
