Internal Auditor

Scott Electric has a current opening for an Internal Auditor. The Internal Auditor will perform audits of the organizations operations, financial and information systems, assessing compliance with applicable standards and guidelines with an emphasis on the sufficiency of internal controls and the level of compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities in order of priority:


+ Reviews operational, financial and electronic information systems internal controls, policies, and procedures for effectiveness.

+ Audits the company’s information systems, assessing compliance with data security and storage requirements.

+ Audits the company’s financial records, statements, and reports, verifying accuracy and consistency.

+ Drafts and presents reports of findings and analysis; identifies and recommends revisions and improvements to existing practices and procedures.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
