Job Description

Internal Communications role within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). Reports to the Head of Communications for Commercial Aircraft in Spain (GMO). Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the internal communications plan for Spain in line with the overall communication strategy of Airbus.

• Developing content and key messages for campaigns of the internal communications plan and for internal briefing packages (e.g. Teamtalk, presentations and speeches).
• Delivering at local level internal communications activities that support the business operational targets and the local communications objectives, ensuring the right message is communicated to the right audience using the right channels at the right time and in the right context.
