Internal Communications Senior Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC communications team as Senior Manager, Internal Communication.

In this role, you’ll ensure that colleagues across the organisation are consistently informed, engaged, and aligned with the Club’s direction and values. You’ll work closely with Executive Committee, senior leaders and our people and culture teams, guiding and supporting internal messaging to help shape the strong organisational culture. Your work will involve managing key communications projects, prioritising Club-wide messages for maximum impact, and ensuring colleagues understand the club’s goals, their role in our success, and feel g connected to the Club and its activities.

This role requires a proactive approach, leading the internal communications agenda and ensuring a joined-up approach to all Club-wide communications activity.
