Primary Responsibility

Provide outstanding customer service while delivering goods to customers.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times.
• Represent the Company and provide excellent customer service at all levels and a warm and helpful attitude.
• Load and unload, delivering goods to the customer’s delivery point in accordance with manual handling and health & safety training.
• Deliver goods in a polite manner to the customer’s delivery point including manual handling of goods up to 25kg.
• Create a work balance of 50% driver and 50% customer service representative.
