Internal Key Account Manager - Cook St

As an Internal Key Account Manager (IKAM) , you’ll provide seamless service and essential internal support to our customers. With a flexible, can-do attitude you’ll work closely with our sales team, manage key customer inquiries, offer product advice, prepare quotes, and deliver tailored solutions ensuring deliveries happen on time and their projects stay on track through clear communication and timely updates.

• Engage regularly with our key customer face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via email
• Recommend suitable products, prepare quotes, process orders, and manage sales documentation
• Understand our customers’ needs and provide professional tailored solutions
• Coordinate with Site Managers, track orders, and arrange timely deliveries to meet project deadlines
