Group is hiring a Primary Care Physician 3-5 days a week to care for adults 65+. This isn't urgent care or a revolving door - it's longitudinal, relationship-based primary care for Shasta County seniors, with paid administrative time built into your week. Your own panel, your own patients, your day spent practicing medicine.
The Role
- Manage your own panel scaled to your FTE. Goal 1500 patients for full time.
- 8 clinical hours per scheduled day plus 1 paid administrative hour per day. Charting is compensated, not absorbed.
- 2-2.5 patients per clinical hour - unhurried visits with time to think, not just react.
