West Coast FL client is hiring Primary Care doctors now and for future!

Location: We are seeking providers for new clinics and expansion clinics in the following locations:

• We have an immediate opening in Spring Hill (2nd physician there)
• The next opening is New Port Richey in fall 2026. Ideal start date is 7/1 or 8/1

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation & Benefits:

• We offer market-leading compensation. Our contracts involve three components: a base salary, a qualitative performance bonus, and beginning in your third year of employment, a clinic performance bonus. Your compensation in the first two years should approach $300k, with the opportunity to exceed $400k including your clinic performance bonus.
