- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Open to a 4 day work week
- Setting:
- Outpatient facility
- Census:
- 18-25 pts per day
- Support Staff:
- 4 front desk, 3 MAs. Potentially 2 APPs
- Procedures:
- All bread and Butter primary care
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Will be able to start by Mid June
