Our client, a Value Based preventative medicine clinic in Columbia, SC, is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.

Strong interest in practicing value-based healthcare - Ideal candidate will already have experience. The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Ability to work closely with APP's. APP's work at the top of their field at this organization.
