The Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or family populations. This role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions while promoting overall health and wellness through patient-centered, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of acute and chronic conditions
* Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and health assessments
* Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory disorders
