Internal Medicine Physician

Medsyndeo is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine physician to work in an innovative and collaborative setting in Santa Clara, CA.
This position is full-time and candidates interested in exploring a client-centered and tech-forward model of care should apply.
Details:
- Pay commensurate with experience, great benefits, & limited on-call
- Monday thru Friday 7:30 - 5PM
- Majority of work is preventative care with some urgent/acute care
Responsibilities:

- Provide high quality patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services
- Participate in the selection of a suitable treatment plan for all patients
- Supervise other medical staff to ensure the care team is providing appropriate care in accordance with their duties and obligations
- Be proactive in ensuring adequate follow up of patients and their concerns (will be facilitated greatly by our technology and workflow tools)
