Internal Medicine Physician

Innovative healthcare group seeks additional primary care providers to transition to the concierge model of care. They are looking for Internists from well-established group practices with 10 years plus experience and an established patient base to transition to a concierge model of care. They are focused on providers who are local to the DMV area and looking to increase their revenue and have more autonomy in their practice. Providing superior patient care is paramount in their model, and they would like to have 2 or 3 providers in each office. These providers will provide adult and geriatric care as 90% of their patient base is over 18 years old, and 60% over 60 years old. Providers average 6-8 patients daily with 1 phlebotomist for every 2 providers and 1 MA per provider. Office hrs are traditionally 8 am-4 pm, with no scheduled patients before 9 am or after 3 pm.
