Internal Recruiter

Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Internal Recruiter** to join our team in the **Auburn Hills, Michigan Branch** . This is a contract-to-colleague opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to support our clients and Branch operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Partner with Branch leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
+ Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
+ Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
+ Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn)
+ Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire paperwork
