Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
Assist sales team in all internal sales-related duties.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support sales team in all internal coordination and data gathering for sales-related duties such as raising quotations, order processing, and monitoring customer credit limits.
- Provide customer service and handle enquiries.
- Maintain customers’ records and filing.
- Enter confirmed sales contracts and orders into the system.
- Monitor order fulfillment.
- Prepare monthly local sales reports.
- Cover receptionist duties when needed.
- Liaise with Logistics Department on customers’ delivery.
Position Specification
Education
Minimum Diploma or its equivalent.
Experience
3 minimum years sales admin experience.
