Opportunity Description
Responsibilities Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and orders in the CRM system (Sales Case Management Tool). Coordinate with other departments (e.g., order management, finance, engineering and quality) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Prepare orders for handover to the Order Management department. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client issues or concerns promptly. Provide administrative support to the Account Managers team when required. Additional duties from time-to-time as prescribed by Line Manager. Qualifications Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent tertiary qualification. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Qualified Trade tested Fitter would be an advantage. 2–3 years’ experience within a mechanical environment, sales support, customer service would be an advantage.
