International Business Development Manager (Skincare)

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Head of International Business Development to lead global expansion across Southeast Asia and selected international markets. This is a high-impact builder role responsible for developing and executing distributor partnerships, driving market entry strategies, and scaling revenue through premium beauty and skincare channels.

You will own the end-to-end distributor lifecycle — from market mapping and partner acquisition to contract negotiation and performance management — working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
