International Mobility Specialist [F/M/X]

Job description

As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our international mobility team. You will play a key role in supporting our teams and ensuring smooth international assignments and transfers across the Mantu community.

Your missions:

• Own and manage international mobility operations across the Americas and Iberia regions, acting as the primary point of contact for those areas


• Assess the feasibility of international moves based on business needs and organisational strategy


• Advise teams and managers on international mobility policies, immigration requirements, and compliancee matters


• Lead the preparation of Cost Projections and Gross-to-Net calculations, bringing your expertise to build accurate and reliable scenarios
