Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Student Advisor for the UK market. The role involves counseling prospective students, driving admissions conversions, managing the end-to-end application process, and achieving monthly sales targets for UK university enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students for UK study opportunities and convert leads into enrollments
Guide students on courses, universities, scholarships, and visa process
Manage applications, follow-ups, and admission closures
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Build strong relationships with students and partner institutions
Mentor junior counselors and support team performance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in UK education counseling/admissions sales
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of UK universities and student visa process
Target-oriented with proven conversion track record
