• Operations & E-commerce (Shopee/Tiktok Shop/Shopify, fulfilment coordination, ads management, campaigns coordination)
• Customer Service & CRM (responding to inquiries, loyalty program/upsell strategies)

• Possess basic skills in Microsoft Office
• Are responsible, organised, and open to learning
• Internship duration: Flexible, generally 2 to 4 months
