Opportunity Description
The IR Intern will support the Human Resources team, particularly in Industrial Relations (IR) matters, by assisting in documentation, data management, employee engagement activities, and exposure to IR-related cases and policies. This internship provides hands‑on experience in HR operations with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in IR-related documentation (e.g., warning letters, memos, and meeting minutes).
- Support in tracking employee disciplinary cases, grievances, and counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for employee records and IR documents.
