Reports Direct To: Project Manager, Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• UAT Test execution
• Defect logging & retest until defect closure
• Data analysis
• Follow up with solution vendor on defect fixing
• Regression Testing

Job Purpose

Primarily focus on test execution throughout the implementation of RLOS AI and assist in day-to-day BAU Support.

• Business System Implementation: Assist in the planning, testing and implementation of business systems.
• Research and Design Customer Journeys: Conduct research to understand customer needs and design effective customer journeys, user interfaces, and experiences.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing cycles to ensure the functionality and quality of business systems.
