JOB SUMMARY:
This role will support the Global Technology & Innovation department with review and redline of contracts under the guidance of in house counsel. The intern will become familiar with our processes, contract review, vendor engagements and see contracts up through execution.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Draft and proof various agreements and contract documents under the direction of Sr. Attorney and Sr. Director of the Technology Transactions division of Legal Affairs.
+ Assist in compliance tracking and follow up related to an array of matters as needed.
