Summary

The Interventional Radiology Scheduler is responsible for all aspects of scheduling interventional radiology procedures from the initial call for consultation, obtaining pre-authorization for procedures, and scheduling while providing exceptional customer experience. This position is very often the first point of contact with Lee Health for information and the scheduling of appointments. Therefore, it requires excellent verbal and customer service skills.
