Job Description
The Corporate Commercial Counsel role will support and be involved in the negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts. In addition, this role will work across all areas of the business by acting as the primary support for the many business areas and serving as Deputy Data Privacy Officer. The role would suit an LPC graduate with subsequent commercial experience or a newly qualified lawyer with some in-house experience. The successful candidate will provide legal support globally across society relations, including acting as the legal contact for society partnership projects, reviewing and updating society by-laws against our templates, liaising directly with societies on governance matters and drafting resolutions, providing ad hoc legal guidance, supporting third-party agreements in the MENA region, and advising on data privacy matters including DSAR requests and media queries.
