Inventory accountant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in inventory accounting or finance who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment.

What You’ll Do Maintain accurate records of inventory purchases, transfers, and adjustments Reconcile balances between systems and vendor data Investigate discrepancies and report findings Support month-end close with inventory/COGS journal entries Analyze valuation, obsolescence, and shrinkage Prepare reports for management review Collaborate with warehouse, AP, and purchasing teams What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in inventory accounting or finance Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Experience with Quick Books (a plus) Strong accounting/finance foundation Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Professional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
