Opportunity Description
- Monitor and reconcile inventory of materials and products imported/exported under IMMEX, ensuring alignment with customs and internal records (Anexo 24)
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for customs and IMMEX reporting, including pedimentos, inventory reports, and reconciliation statements.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory paired up with Materials team.
- Support internal and external audits by providing inventory-related information and documentation.
- Assist the IMMEX Coordinator and Supervisor in preparing inventory reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
- Identify and implement process improvements for inventory management and compliance.
- Monitor changes affecting inventory management under IMMEX and update procedures as needed.
