INVENTORY CLERK

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role 1 Inventory Control & Accuracy . Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure alignment with physical stock. . Conduct daily cycle counts, weekly checks, and full physical stock takes. . Investigate inventory discrepancies promptly and provide root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). . Monitor inventory aging, stock rotations (FIFO/FEFO), and shelf-life controls as required by customers. 2 Data & Systems Management . Ensure all system transactions (receipts, put-away, transfers, picks, and dispatches) are completed accurately and within the required timeframe. . Generate inventory-related reports for internal reviews and customer reporting-daily, weekly, and monthly. .
