Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Inventory Controls Lead for one of their top clients in the Columbus, OH area. This employee will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory operations within a warehouse environment by establishing and executing weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality audit schedules. This role works closely with Warehouse Supervisors on a daily basis to communicate schedules and ensure the proper allocation of product, equipment, and labor resources needed to meet operational demands. The lead will analyze and distributes daily reports on inventory and audit results, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring corrective action. They will conduct hands-on audits across key warehouse functions including receiving, unloading, storage, packing, and shipping.
