Inventory Controller – Fashion & Home Accessories

Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for fashion and home accessories. Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the ERP WMS system. Perform daily inventory checks and investigate discrepancies. Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and resolve variances. Maintain inventory accuracy in accordance with company KPIs.

Warehouse Operations

Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents. Ensure proper receiving, storage and dispatch of inventory. Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse, retail stores and e-commerce fulfillment centers. Monitor stock allocation and replenishment requests. Ensure products are stored according to company standards and safety guidelines.
