Inventory Controller

Manage inventory accuracy, analysis, and optimisation at a2 Milk Company, supporting production, S&OP, and supply chain performance at Pokeno.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Inventory Controller to join us, based at Pokeno, Waikato .

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, optimisation, and visibility across our operations. This role is key to enabling efficient manufacturing, meeting customer demand, and supporting broader supply chain performance while minimising cost, waste, and risk.

You’ll work closely with manufacturing, quality, technical, logistics, and external partners to ensure inventory is well controlled, compliant, and continuously improving.

• Maintain accurate inventory records across ERP and inventory management systems
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and reconciling discrepancies
