Inventory Executive (Manufacturing)

Basic information: Basic up to $4,300 + AWS + VB
Monday - Friday, 7:45am to 5:30pm
Job scope: Inventory Management & Accuracy
Maintain precise inventory records within the Sage system Conduct regular reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly) between physical stock and system data Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and variances Monitor aging inventory, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, and report insights Stock Monitoring & Planning Support
Track inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for operations and customer demand Assist in MRP activities, including reviewing safety stock, EOQ, and replenishment planning Monitor material movements and ensure accurate, timely system updates Receiving & Issuance Control
Implement and enforce FIFO practices where applicable Cycle Counting & Auditing
