Inventory Executive

Inventory Control & Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records in sage systems.
Monitor Daily, weekly and monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
Investigate and resolve (physically on site) inventory discrepancies, shortages and variances
Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete materials and report accordingly
Stock Monitoring & Planning Support: Monitor stock levels to ensure materials are available to support production and customer demand.
Support MRP activities by reviewing safety stock, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and replenishment quantities.
Ensure all inventory (Finished goods) are promptly ordered/replenished when below minimum qty & ensure they are delivered as per requested date
Receiving & Issuing Control: Enforce FIFO practices where applicable.
Support Stock transfer, goods receiving, issuing, and return processes in Sage System.
