Responsibilities Serves as the primary customer liaison for DLA and non-DLA managed items, ensuring timely order processing and access to product, account, and order information. Monitors backorder reports and resolves or assists in resolving issues that do not meet customer requirements. Investigates, coordinates, and releases Sales Orders that impede automated processing. Applies DLA expedite policies and procedures to accelerate actions within supply chains Researches and tracks Stock Transfer Orders and replenishment actions to resolve backorders or expedite delinquent contracts impacting unfilled orders Coordinates with service representatives to identify alternate sources of supply, address customer requests, and advise on sales order changes Collects, analyzes, and summarizes performance data related to agency and customer program goals.
