Investment Analyst (SEA Private Equity)

We are currently partnering with a leading Japanese private equity investment firm is seeking an Investment Analyst to support its growing Southeast Asia investment platform.

This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and detailed financial modelling for potential investment opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes, including commercial, financial, legal, and operational workstreams.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and recommendations for internal investment committees.
• Perform industry, market, and competitive research across Southeast Asia.
