Key Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of private market deals, including origination, screening, due diligence, and structuring. Update and maintain a high-quality database of primary and secondary private market issues. Build and sustain relationships with potential buyers and sellers. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce key marketing materials, such as fact sheets and investment decks.
