Investment Associate

Job Description

This role focuses on private equity fund investments in South-East Asia. You will join the investment team as an Associate and work closely with other team members and deal partners across the entire private equity deal cycle.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all element of the entire private equity deal process, including origination of deal opportunities, due diligence, post-investment monitoring, value creation, and implementation of exit strategy. 
• Origination: Perform in-depth market and industry research, and screening of deal opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Support/execute the due diligence process, covering both financial and non-financial aspect of the target company. You will also be required to coordinate with external professionals/advisors.
