We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong analytical skills to join one of our largest advisor teams, the LePoidevin Group, in Vancouver. The LePoidevin Group, led by David LePoidevin, is a high-performing team recently awarded the Wealth Professionals 2025 Advisory Team of the Year.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the team and portfolio managers focusing on trade reconciliation and settlement, trade allocation uploads, and other trade spreadsheet preparation.
- Support daily trading activities by coordinating trade execution and allocations.
- Prepare, validate, and upload trade allocation files for block trades across multiple portfolios.
- Assist with foreign exchange (FX) preparation, including building and preparing Excel spreadsheets for currency conversions.
