Investment Banking Analyst - M&A

We are working with a leading international platform looking to hire an Analyst (1or2) into its Singapore office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands‑on exposure across cross‑border M&A (buy‑side and sell‑side) and capital raising transactions across multiple sectors.

You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and origination, with responsibilities including

• Supporting the execution of cross-border M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side
• Assisting in origination efforts, including developing marketing materials and identifying new business opportunities
• Preparing financial analysis and modelling across a range of transaction types (M&A, carve-outs, capital raises
