Investment Banking Vice President, Consumer

Our client, a leading independent global investment bank, is actively seeking a Vice President for its Consumer team. The group advises clients across retail, consumer products, food & beverage, beauty, wellness, and e-commerce, and is recognized for its deep sector expertise, long-standing relationships with corporate clients, founders, entrepreneurs, and private equity sponsors, as well as its strong execution track record across strategic advisory and transaction services.

The Vice President will play a leadership role in the execution and management of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments, while working closely with senior bankers and serving as a key point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.
