A highly active and entrepreneurial real estate development business is looking to appoint an Investment Director to join its growing investment team in Central London.

With a substantial pipeline of mixed use, residential, BTR, PBSA, co living and hospitality developments, this is an opportunity to gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle within a fast paced and commercially driven environment.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with senior leadership across acquisitions, development finance, investment analysis, fundraising, and transaction execution. The role offers significant exposure to institutional investors, lenders, JV partners, and external stakeholders, with the ability to take ownership of transactions from origination through to completion.
