A top-tier US practice is seeking an Investment Funds Senior Associate to join its San Francisco Office.

The team has made a series of hires recently and are looking to continue their growth with the addition of another Mid/Snr associate.

The Opportunity

• Advise sponsors and asset managers on the structuring, formation and fundraising of private investment funds

• Work across a broad range of fund strategies, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds and other alternative investment vehicles

• Gain exposure to the full fund lifecycle, including fund formation, investor negotiations, governance and ongoing operational matters
