Investment Risk Associate

HyreWise is partnering with a large private equity fund to appoint a new professional to join its Investment Risk team. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Portfolio Managers and the broader Investment team, supporting pre-investment risk assessment and ongoing risk oversight across the existing portfolio

About the Investment Risk Associate position:

• Perform deep-dive risk analysis including stress testing, scenario analysis, liquidity assessments and factor-based risk reviews
• Partner with investment teams to challenge portfolio construction, and risk positioning
• Investigate and escalate breaches, exceptions and material risk events where appropriate
• Support the ongoing enhancement of investment risk frameworks, methodologies and controls
• Assist in the development of risk analytics, reporting automation and data-driven insights
