Opportunity Description
Join Challenger Geomatics as an Invoicing Administrator in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This permanent, full-time role focuses on customer invoicing and crucial administrative support tasks.
The Invoicing Administrator will report to the Controller and collaborate closely with Project Managers to draft and finalize invoices. You'll ensure invoicing accuracy, track work orders, handle client approvals, and monitor Accounts Receivable performance to meet financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and coordinate client invoices with Project Managers
• Ensure invoicing accuracy based on billing terms
• Track work orders and assist with client approvals
• Monitor WIP and AR against set targets
• Produce monthly management reports as required
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Invoicing experience is highly preferred
