Accountabilities
The function is accountable in managing the following areas :
Function as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) capable of assessing compliance to the processing guidelines and able to come up with sound recommendations for complicated processing concerns.
Review and validate invoice format and processing compliance of invoices forwarded to the Management and Rejection queues.
Cater to requests and queries from clients or customer support through the paper-processing mailbox.
Provide real-time operational support for level 1 specialists.
Meets or exceeds established invoice production requirements for quality and quantity
Troubleshoots and suggests improvements to enhance LNEI’s e-billing products and related internal processes
Monitor reporting tools and interact with internal management to ensure compliance to contractual SLAs.
