IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor Executive

Key Responsibilities IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation. Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery. Verify and maintain shipping documents invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin. Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents. Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries. Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates. Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs. Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners. Compliance & Problem Resolution Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
